Coronavirus / COVID19 is closing schools in Calabasas and Los Angeles. Does my child need a tutor?!

It is remarkable to see how COVID19 is affecting the education sector. Many schools are realizing that they are not prepared to take classes online.

But the biggest problem is parents complaining that their students are getting less time with their teachers. How are kids expected to pass tests and perfect their essays when they're hardly getting any instruction?

Here is the answer -- it's time to try working with tutor! Either 1-on-1 online, or -- if we're allowed to get out and about -- in your home, at a coffee shop, or library.

Why? Because even in person, high school teachers barely have enough time to give students individualized advice. For kids with ADHD or other learning challenges, that makes it nearly impossible to get instruction in a way that truly speaks to their learning style.

... but, when school is out thanks to Coronavirus, students and teachers have it even worse.

This is not fair to your children, because they deserve 1-on-1 attention. Now is the time for them to learn how to write in a way that feels easy and fun, and sets them up for life! Now is when they should be laying the ground work for a more advanced college education.

I say, turn this COVID19 challenge into a tutoring trial period. This could be an opportunity for your child to learn in a way they haven't before. Plus, it will keep them focused and occupied.
